PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fragrant transparent emulsified food, keeping the flavor component of the flavor oil, and having good smell, transparency and excellent beauty, and further provide the fragrant transparent emulsified food, having no oiliness, having excellent handleability, and hardly causing stickiness in a container due to liquid dripping and dirt because it can be easily washed away.SOLUTION: A polyhydric alcohol, water and an emulsifier are mixed, and while the mixture is stirred, a liquid oil containing flavor oil is gradually added thereto, and adjusted so that the emulsifier is 0.01-10 wt.%, the polyhydric alcohol is 10-50 wt.%, a moisture content is 1-25 wt.%, and the liquid oil containing flavor oil is 40-89.98 wt.% to manufacture fragrant transparency emulsified food. |
