According to the present invention, a computer is variably controlled according to usage of a computer processing unit (CPU). When a variable voltage of a switching regulator of a main board is generated according the usage by an algorithm of a computer system control apparatus, a clock speed and a core of the CPU can be automatically controlled due to the variable voltage. The present invention is applicable regardless of a type of the CPU, and reduces power consumption through a power control. |
