The invention provides a motor series and a manufacturing method thereof. In motor series possessing a first series and a second series with efficiency higher than the first series, a part is universalized in the first series and the second series motor; the motor series comprises a plurality of motors with different capacity and a second series with efficiency higher than the first series; a motor housing (130) of a motor (200) with specific capacity in the second series, a load opposite cover (115) and a first motor (100) with capacity larger than the specific capacity are universalized; and lining sleeves (140, 240) with different inner diameters are arranged on the internal periphery side of the load opposite side cover (115) of the second series motor (200) and the first series motor (100); in the first series motor (100), a motor shaft (112) is supported by a bearing (117) with an outer diameter larger than an outer diameter of a bearing (217) used in the second series mtor (200). |
