PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the timing of printing at a gate the gate name of a toll road on a receipt issued from a printer or use history as early as possible.SOLUTION: When the gate number of a gate whose name has not been registered in a database is input into a taxi meter 10 from an ETC on-vehicle device 13, an update request including the gate number is transmitted to a personal computer 31 on the vehicle manager 3 side. The operator of the personal computer 31 generates a gate name corresponding to the gate number being requested for the update, updates the database of the personal computer 31 for the latest content from which the gate name can be specified from the gate number, and transmits it as updated data to the taxi vehicle 1 from the personal computer 31. In the case where the received updated data includes the gate name corresponding to the gate number that cannot be specified by the database of a RAM 110, the taxi meter 10 of the taxi vehicle 1 updates the data base by use of the updated data. |
