PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dye composition that combines a hair dye power and the paucity of a surface of a skin dirt, and is excellent in the stability of an agent.SOLUTION: The hair dye composition that is used being mixed with an oxidizing agent composition containing an oxidizing agent, includes the following (A) ingredient-(D) ingredient, wherein the total of the content of the (A) ingredient and the (B) ingredient is 7-15 mass%, the content of the (C) ingredient is 4-20 mass%, wherein the hair dye composition includes at least 3 mass% of polyethylene glycol that is solid at 25°C. (A) An oxidation dye, (B) at least one chosen from ascorbic acids or the salts, (C) polyethylene glycol, and (D) a nonionic surfactant. |
