摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar charger used suitably for charging a mobile electronic apparatus, over a wide range from low illuminance to high illuminance.SOLUTION: A solar charger has a DSC module 200 including a plurality of DSCs 100a, and a structure electrically connected directly with a mobile electronic apparatus 300 and integrated therewith, and exposing the light-receiving surface of the DSC module 200 in a state integrated with the mobile electronic apparatus 300, and using the mobile electronic apparatus 300. The DSC module has a substrate 12, an electrolyte medium 42, a transparent conductive layer 14 provided on the electrolyte medium 42 side of the substrate 12, a metal oxide layer 16 formed on the electrolyte medium 42 side of the transparent conductive layer 14, a porous semiconductor layer 18 provided on the electrolyte medium 42 side of the metal oxide layer 16, and a sensitized coloring matter carried on the porous semiconductor layer. Electrical resistance of the metal oxide layer 16 is smaller than that of the porous semiconductor layer 18, and larger than that of the transparent conductive layer 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
