PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device with which it is possible to reduce stresses applied to the lid part that constitutes a case.SOLUTION: A reflection part 100 has a first lid part 130 for sealing a matrix reflection part 111 in a humidity-controlled moisture-proof space 150 that is a hollow part of a spacer 120 by being secured to a side of the spacer 120 opposite to a mirror chip 110. The case 200 has a bottomed container part 210 mounted to the bottom face 211 of the reflection part 100, and a second lid part 220 for sealing the reflection part 100 in a dustproof space 250 that is a hollow part of the container part 210 by being secured to the open end 212 of the container part 210. Thus, as the moisture-proof function required for the case 200 is provided separately in the reflection part 100, it is possible to choose a material having low Young's modulus as a junction part 240 for securing the second lid part 220 to the container part 210 that constitutes the case 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
