A six-way reversing valve (100), and an air-conditioning outdoor unit (1000) and an air conditioner having same. The six-way reversing valve comprises: a valve body (1), a valve cavity (5) being defined in the valve body (1), the valve cavity having a first side wall (11) and a second side wall (12), which are oppositely disposed, and a first connecting pipe (A) to a sixth connecting pipe (F) being disposed on the valve body (1); a valve element (2), the valve element (2) being movably disposed in the valve cavity (5), a first chamber (21) being defined between the valve element (2) and the first side wall (11), a second chamber (22) being defined between the valve element (2) and the second side wall (12), and a third chamber (23) being defined by the valve element (2), the first side wall (11) and the second side wall (12); and a pilot valve assembly. A first connecting pipe (A) to a sixth connecting pipe (F) are disposed on the six-way reversing valve, and a valve element (2) is movably disposed in a valve cavity (5), such that the six-way reversing valve can achieve a reversing function, the cost of a reversing valve is reduced, and pipeline connection in an air-conditioning outdoor unit is simplified. |
