The patent information prompt method comprises: checking the pulse status of a person (S101); determining whether the pulse status is normal (S102); if the status is normal, remaining in the current state (S103); if the pulse frequency is too rapid or too slow, issuing a prompt, and pushing patent information (S104); if no pulse is detected, transmitting information to a pre-set information receiving terminal (S105).
