PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an emergency electric power supply equipment capable of resisting water pressure assumed to occur in a tsunami or the like, rapidly restoring an electric power source at an emergency, and quickly detecting flooding to take measures to cope therewith when an indoor is flooded; and an application method of the same.SOLUTION: In emergency electric power supply equipment, a first cable is installed in a penetration part provided in an external wall of a building in an electric power plant and the penetration part is sealed in a watertight manner, and a first connection is installed at an outside end of the external wall of the building of the first cable. |
