PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim to extract a concentrated extract by targeting solely grape trees and barks and produce a liquid food of the extract and a health drink of the liquid extract, powder the liquid extract and produce solid food by solidifying the powder. SOLUTION: This extract food of grape trees is produced by processing solely trees and barks of various grapes and different from usual methods in which fruits, pericarps, seeds of grapes for various foods are processed to eatings in the raw, jams, dried products, beverages, oils, wines and the likes. The concrete constitution is to bring branches of edible grape trees to cut and broke chips, add water to the chips and boil for a long time by an extractor, then filter the extract after cooling, repeat the process for 2 to 3 times and make the water content 35-30% in a finished extract. The extract is diluted and served as beverages. The extract is brought to powder and processed to tablets and served as nutrient assistant food useful for human bodies. |
