<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device form memory diagnosis and initialization at the device start-up time which can shorten the starting time by omitting a memory diagnosis at the device start-up time and performing only the initialization when a refresh power source is off after the diagnosis initialization of a nonvolatile memory. SOLUTION: The device is actuated by a main power source 1 and the memory 6 is refreshed by a subordinate power source 3; and a power-OFF flag generation part 7 generates '1' in response to the supply of an initialization end signal indicating the end of initialization of the memory 6 and '0' unless electric power is supplied from both the main power source 1 and subordinate power source 6. A control part 5 diagnoses and then initializes the memory 6 when the flag is '0' and only initializes the memory when ',1' thereby sending an initialization end signal.</p> |
