1. A method for resolving a collision of handover request message by a first device, the method comprising:
transmitting a first handover request message including a first collision resolution recode for resolving collision of the handover request; receiving a second handover request message including a second collision resolution recode for resolving collision of the handover request; comparing a first random number included in the first collision resolution recode with a second random number included in the second collision resolution recode; and determining whether to transmit a handover response message in response to the second handover request message or a third handover request message based on a result of the comparing steps.
