PURPOSE:To provide a multilayered biaxially oriented film generating no delamination even in high temp. sterilizing treatment at about specific temp. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide resin layer with an m.p. of 170-220 deg.C is laminated to both surfaces of an intermediate layer composed of a compsn. prepared by compounding 0-25wt.% of a polyolefinic resin with 60-95wt.% of a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer with ethylene content of 20-50mol% and a saponification value of 95% or more and 5-40wt.% of a polyamide resin through a modified polyolefinic adhesive resin layer.
