An RGBW-based drive circuit and a flat panel display. In the drive circuit, a control terminal of a first level switching transistor (Q1) is connected to a first drive line (301), an input terminal thereof is connected to a drive signal source (303), and an output terminal thereof is connected to an input terminal of a third non-level switching transistor (Q7); a control terminal of the third non-level switching transistor (Q7) is connected to a second drive line (302), and an output terminal thereof is connected to a first sub-pixel; a control terminal of a second level switching transistor (Q2) is connected to the first drive line (301), an input terminal thereof is connected to the drive signal source (303), and an output terminal thereof is connected to an input terminal of a third level switching transistor (Q3); a control terminal of the third level switching transistor (Q3) is connected to the second drive line (302), and an output terminal thereof is connected to a second sub-pixel; a control terminal of a first non-level switching transistor (Q5) is connected to the first drive line (301), an input terminal thereof is connected to the drive signal source (303), and an output terminal thereof is connected to an input terminal of a fourth level switching transistor (Q4); a control terminal of the fourth level switching transistor (Q4) is connected to the second drive line (302), and an output terminal thereof is connected to a third sub-pixel. The described circuit can reduce the area occupied by drive lines and improve the aperture ratio of a display. |
