A diamond anvil cell is characterized by having a diamond indenter 10 and a diamond substrate 30 to which is provided an electrode pattern 32 in which a sample to be measured is placed, the electrode pattern 32 being provided to the diamond substrate 30 by a boron-doped diamond thin film. It is thereby possible to provide a diamond anvil cell in which it is possible to attach a sample to be measured inside the diamond anvil cell, which is a very small space, and to easily measure electrical properties. |
