or neighboring R2 and R3, together with the atoms to which they are attached, form C5-C8 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, or a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl having 1 to 3 heteroatoms, or a 5 to 12-membered heterocycloalkyl ring having 1 to 3 heteroatoms;
