摘要 A method of generating a tomographic image includes detecting an interference signal containing cross-sectional information of a target object as raw data of the target object, the raw data being phase-modulated in a first direction with respect to a cross section of the target object; demodulating the raw data by adjusting at least one parameter of a filter function defining filtering using a fixed window size; and generating a tomographic image of the target object by performing signal processing on the demodulated raw data.

A method of generating a tomographic image, the method comprising: generating an optical signal having a wavelength; splitting the optical signal to measure a target object; detecting an interference signal including cross-sectional information of the measured target object, as raw data of the target object, the raw data being phase-modulated in a first direction with respect to a cross section of the target object; demodulating the raw data by adjusting at least one parameter of a filter function defining filtering within a fixed window size to output a demodulated raw data signal; and generating a tomographic image of the target object by performing signal processing on the demodulated raw data signal, wherein the parameters of the filter function include a duration and a roll-off, and wherein the filter function comprises a coefficient defined by a product of a sine function of the wavelength and the duration,a cosine function of the wavelength, the duration, and the roll-off, anda constant derived from the wavelength, the duration, and the roll-off.
