Resorbable subaortic ring that comprises an open circular segment (1), made of a flexible and resorbable material such as a polydioxanone polymer that after surgical implantation performs the annuloplasty. From the first end (2) and from the second end (3) of this open circular segment (1) emerge a pair of suture threads (4) with a pair of semi-circular needles (5) at their free ends to attach it to the native ring. When the implantation is completed, the free ends of the suture threads (4) are tied together, obtaining a closed ring with the desired diameter, which is preferably 26 millimetres or 28 millimetres, depending on the dilation of the native ring. |
