1. A method for applying to the face a color cosmetic composition having both a foundation makeup benefit and a concealer benefit with an applicator having a concealer benefit application section and a foundation makeup benefit application section comprising the steps of:
applying the composition to the keratin surface application area for which the concealer benefit is desired using the concealer benefit applicator section, and applying the composition to the keratin surface application area for which the foundation makeup benefit is desired using the foundation makeup benefit applicator section,wherein the composition comprises, by weight of the total composition, from about 2-50% water, 1-30% titanium dioxide, 0.1-1% emulsifying crosslinked siloxane elastomer, 1-15% dimethicone; and 1-20% of a volatile solvent. |
