A heating and atomizing barrel (30) is provided on the atomizing device (40), wherein an adsorption layer (32) is provided on the outer wall of the heating and atomizing barrel (30), an electric heating device (31) pressing against the adsorption layer (32) is provided on the inner wall of the heating and atomizing barrel (30), and the heating and atomizing barrel (30) matches and is inserted into the device (10) for storing a liquid to be atomized so that the adsorption layer (32) presses against the inner wall of the through hole and covers the liquid outlet holes (13).
