Provided are a capacitive sensor, a sensing device, a sensing system, and an electronic device. The capacitive sensor (13) comprises multiple sensor units (131). The sensor units (131) comprise sensor electrodes (14) and sensor circuits (15). The sensor electrodes (14) are capable of coupling to a target object in a capacitive manner. The sensor electrodes (14) are used for loading a reference signal. The sensor circuits (15) comprise third transistors (T3). The third transistors (T3) are used for, in response to a change in the reference signal on the sensor electrodes (14) due to being approached or touched by the target object, correspondingly generating a second alternating current signal. |
