The invention relates to an assembly consisting of a monopolar hook electrode and a dissector, used in laparoscopic surgery. According to the invention, the assembly consists of a monopolar hook electrode comprising an electrode body (1) made of non-magnetic stainless steel, a banana plug (2) for clamping to an electric wire cable, a bush (3) for fixing a tip (4), a protective washer (5) leveling the end of a white teflon insulation (6), a protective tube (8) made of heat-shrinkable hard insulating plastic and a gripping handle (7) made of a hard insulating plastic and a dissector made of a metallic cylindrical tube made of non-magnetic stainless steel, with a thinner wall in the monopolar electrode outlet side, for tissue separation in view of cauterization, insulated with a heat-shrinkable plastic, provided with a handle at the end of connection to the wire cable, and provided with a fixing screw inserted laterally in the handle until reaching the electrode insulation to which it is clamped on the inside. |
