The invention relates to a texturing machine, comprising a plurality of processing stations arranged adjacent to each other for drawing off a plurality of threads from supply spools, for stretching and texturing the threads, and for winding the threads into spools. Each of the processing stations has a texturing zone, which is formed between two delivery units and which has a texturing unit and a heating device and a cooling device, wherein the heating device is arranged at an angle to a machine cross-sectional plane. In order to obtain a favorable thread coarse together with operability, the cooling device is formed between the texturing unit and the heating device within one of the processing stations in such a way that the thread can be guided having a straight thread course between the heating device and a thread inlet of the cooling device and between the texturing unit and a thread outlet of the cooling device. Thus, the thread effects required for stretching and texturing can be undistorted. |
