The system (1) has a plate (6) comprising a top-mounted part on a strap (5) and a support part (62) of a rail. The support part includes a through-opening (600) opposite to a through-opening (500) of the strap to connect the plate to the strap by passage of a connection element e.g. screw, across the openings. The plate is directed angularly around a passage axis (A500) of the opening of the strap according to angular positions. The plate includes an adjustment unit to adjust position of the plate with respect to the strap according to direction radial to the axis of the opening of the strap. |
