Provided is a technology that makes it possible to change a platform track, even when another train is occupying the platform track that is to be subjected to the track changing, as a method of rescheduling operations to recover delays during timetable disruption, etc. The present invention is configured to have: a travel management means that acquires an actual timetable which indicates the position of a train traveling on a railway and the traveling record of the train; a forecast calculation means that calculates, from the position on the railway, a forecast timetable which indicates a forecast operation for the train; a platform track change possibility determination means that acquires train length information of the train, platform track length information indicating the length of the platform track which is to be a candidate arrival platform track for the train, and train length information of another train which is currently occupying or expected to occupy in the future the platform track according to the actual timetable or the forecast timetable, and that determines a train occupation status of the platform track by means of a comparison among the train length information of the train, the platform track length information, and the train length information of said another train; and an information display means that displays the train occupation status. |
