A service processing method, a service processing device, and a communication system. The service processing method comprises: an access network device receives, from a core network device, a bearer establishment request message of a Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) service; the access network device rejects the bearer establishment request message if determining that the LTE network signal quality of a terminal of the VoLTE service cannot satisfy the VoLTE service. The technical solutions provided by embodiments of the present invention help improve the stability of established VoLTE services, thereby improving communication experience of users. |
