PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing system, an information providing program, and an information providing method, capable of easily providing user information of a user who uses a store or a facility of a real space.SOLUTION: An information providing device according to an embodiment comprises: an information storage unit; a request reception unit; an information acquisition unit; and an information transmission unit. The information storage unit stores user information of a user who uses a service on a communication network. The request reception unit receives an information providing request including information for identifying a store or a facility of a real space and each of the users who use the store or the facility. When the request reception unit receives an information providing request, the information acquisition unit acquires user information appropriate to the store or facility identified by the information providing request among the pieces of user information corresponding to the user identified by the information providing request from the information storage unit. The information transmission unit transmits the information including the user information acquired by the information acquisition unit to a communication device responding to the information providing request. |
