PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decontamination method eliminating variation in decontamination effect and allowing economical use of radioactive material adsorbent, such as a zeolite.SOLUTION: A decontamination method of a radioactive material includes: a wetting step of forming wetting layer by applying a wetting solution to a decontamination object face of a decontamination object; a temporary fixation step of spraying an adsorptive decontamination agent by a spraying means to the wetting layers and forming a decontamination layer; an adsorption step of adsorbing the radioactive material in which the adsorptive decontamination agent on the decontamination layer is contained in the decontamination object; and a suction recovery step of sucking the adsorptive decontamination agent which is peeled as the decontamination layer dries, by a suction means; and a separation recovery step of separating and recovering the adsorptive decontamination agent, which is sucked by the suction means, from suction air by a separation recovery means. |
