The invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a laminate, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has excellent height difference conformability and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with wet hot whitening resistance and excellent durability. For settling the above task, the invention provides the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 which has the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11 which is obtained through thermal crosslinking of the pressure-sensitive composition and has a thickness of 50[mu]m to 400[mu]m. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains the components of: a (methyl)acrylate copolymer (A) which has a weight-average molecular weight of 200000 to 900000 and contains 5-20% by mass of (methyl)acrylate as monomer units of a polymer, an active energy ray curable component (B) and a crosslinking agent (C). |
