A network side apparatus, such as a base station apparatus, notifies a mobile terminal apparatus (UE) (1501) of measurement target cells, which are included in the cells (1-37) and for which a measurement related to communication status is to be performed, on the basis of at least one of the position, movement speed and movement direction of the UE (1501). For example, if the UE (1501) moves from a point (A) of one cell (1) to a point (B) of another cell (27), the UE (1501) is notified of the cells in an area surrounded by dashed lines (1502) as the measurement target cells. |
