A alcoholic drink is prepd. by (a) mixing 2-3 kg polished rice and 2-3 kg wormwood, and soaking in the water, (b) steaming the soaked mixt. and putting into the wooden box, (c) first- fermenting at 10-30 deg.C for 5 days, (d) mixing the first- fermented mixt. and second-fermenting for 3-4 days to obtain the fermented material (I), (e) mixing 3-7 kg wormwood and 10-20 kg polished rice, soaking in the water, steaming and re-mixing with the obtd. (I), (f) adding 40 l water into the re-mixt., stirring, and sealing the stirred mixt., (g) 1st-fermenting at 10-20 deg.C for about 5 days and discharging the created gas, (h) re-sealing it and 2nd-fermenting, and (i) ing the 2nd fermented soln., 2-5 kg wormwood, 100-200 g ricorice and 100-200 g cheongong, and distillating to obtain the final product.
