The invention relates to an actuator structure that is inchworm-like but reverse-like. The structure includes, for each actuator assembly, piezoelectric engagement actuators (11, 12) each arranged at one end of a translation actuator (13). The successive adhesion loss of two engagement actuators (11, 12) results from the excitation of each of said members so that their translation surface vibrates and loses adhesion in turns, the translation actuator (13) proceeding with the relative and alternating translation of each of the two engagement actuators having lost adhesion due to the excitation. The assembly thus operates in a stepped manner. |
