Ottoman bed structural arrangement comprising a fixed structure defined by a box bed (1), having a suitable size to constitute a double or single bed, the lower part of which includes an appropriate number of feet (2), whilst the upper side thereof is supplemented with a movable structural frame, such as a cover (3) of a size that matches the box bed (1), except in terms of the height, which is substantially smaller, and also, on the top side of said structural frame (3) is fixed a mattress frame (4) with a tiltable head part (5) that extends in the region of the head of the bed and accounts for one third of the length thereof; the structural frame (3) and also the mattress frame (4) and the folding part (5) thereof are fixed onto the box bed (1) by means of an internal mechanical actuation assembly (6), which has means for it to be possible for the mattress frame (4) and the structure (3) to be moved in the direction of opening or closing the box bed (1) and, furthermore, there are likewise means for moving the head part (5) of the mattress frame (4) so that it can be at an angle in accordance with an angle of comfort desired by the user. |
