The present invention relates to a novel compound having an activity to GPR119, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an effective component. The compound improves lipid metabolism which is a risk factor of chronic cardiovascular disease while having effective hypoglycemic activity and efficacy to pancreatic beta cells, thereby having a function for treating and/or preventing metabolic diseases such as diabetes. The novel compound of the present invention is represented by chemical formula 1.
