PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation device including an agitation rod additionally having a scraping function of food materials adhered in the vicinity of an upper part of inner lateral face of a pot, being capable of omitting scraping work by a worker of the adhered food materials, and having excellent usability to increase work efficiency of the device.SOLUTION: Each agitation rod 7 (7A, 7B, 7C) of an agitation device M includes at a tip a contact element 73 capable of coming into contact with an inner bottom face or inner lateral face of a pot 6, can perform telescopic motion according to a distance from the contact element 73 to the inner bottom face or inner lateral face of the pot 6, and is energized by spring force in a direction of being extended toward the inner bottom face or inner lateral face of the pot 6. The contact element 73 of the agitation rod 7A includes: an arc face 73A at a tip; and an inclined face 73B at the periphery of the arc face 73A as means for enlarging a contact area with food materials adhered on an upper part of inner lateral face of the pot 6. |
