PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building in which a balcony floor and a lean-to are provided in a part of a building unit.SOLUTION: In a lower floor side ceiling frame 22 in a lower floor side building unit 12, a reinforcing beam 42 is laid between lower floor side ceiling girders 38, 40 and a reinforcing beam 44 is laid between lower floor side ceiling girders 34, 36 approximately orthogonally to the reinforcing beam 42. Thereby, balcony floor girders 52, 54, 56, 58, 60 are supported by the lower floor side ceiling girder 34, 36, 38, 40 and balcony floor girders 60, 62 corresponding to an internal corner part 50 of a balcony 16 are supported by the reinforcing beam 42 and a reinforcing beam 44A. A reinforcing beam 46 is arranged opposite to the reinforcing beam 44 in the lower floor side ceiling frame 22, and a lean-to post supporting a lean-to 18B is connected to the reinforcing beam 46. That is, the balcony 16 and the lean-to 18 can be provided in an upper floor side building unit 14 in a building 10 as shown in Figure 4. |
