PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system capable of reducing waste slots regardless of the number of host computers, and thereby constituting an effective system configuration.SOLUTION: A PCI-Express Expansion Box40 is connected to host servers 10, 11. When a dip switch 28 sets a mode in which the two host servers operate, a CPLD 16 outputs setting information inputted from an EEPROM 26 to the Expansion Box 40 as an initialization ROM signal, thereby sets an upstream/downstream of the respective slot. At the same time, a reset signal and a reference clock signal of each slot are switched. |
