PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable of sealing a liquid injection hole after degassing while enabling degassing through the liquid injection hole.SOLUTION: An encapsulation member 20 for a secondary battery 10 includes: a seal member 21 that is inserted into a liquid injection hole 14c, has a cylindrical shape having a shaft hole 21b at the inside thereof, and is elastically deformable; and a mandrel 40 including a shaft 42 inserted into the shaft hole 21b and a large diameter portion 41 having a diameter larger than that of the shaft 42. In the secondary battery 10, an end part 21a for sealing the seal member 21 is crushed in a shaft direction by the large diameter portion 41 and increased in diameter from the inside, so that the liquid injection hole 14c is sealed with the encapsulation member 20. |
