PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moistureproof sheet which can maintain adhesion to a decorative sheet while enduring effects due to changes in temperature and moisture.SOLUTION: The moistureproof sheet comprises a biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film having an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer formed on the film and, further, having a resin layer containing polyvinyl alcohol formed thereon. A surface of the biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film, opposite to the surface having the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer formed, is subjected to a reactive etching treatment using a plasma. It is made possible to maintain good adhesion with a decorative sheet even with an ordinary adhesive or after a long period of time. |
