A grounding terminal fitting is configured so that a plurality of grounding wires can be connected without increasing the size of the grounding terminal fitting. A grounding terminal fitting (A) is provided with: a base terminal fitting (10) in which a plurality of mounting holes (12, 13) and base-side engagement sections (14, 15) are formed; and a combination terminal fitting (20) formed as a separate element from the base terminal fitting (10) and engaged with the base-side engagement sections (14, 15), thereby being affixed to the base terminal fitting (10) while being overlapped thereon. The combination terminal fitting (20) is provided with at least one terminal fitting (21) for electric wire connection. The terminal fitting (21) for electric wire connection has formed therein: a through-hole (23) aligned with the mounting hole (12, 13) and allowing a bolt (35) to pass therethrough; an electric wire connection section (29) to which a grounding electric wire (32) is to be connected; and combination engagement sections (25, 26, 27, 28). When the combination engagement sections (25, 26, 27, 28) of a plurality of such terminal fittings (21) for electric wire connection are engaged with each other, the terminal fittings (21) for electric wire connection are overlapped and affixed to each other, and the through-holes (23) are aligned with each other. |
