The invention relates to a heating device (1) for heating a heat sink (17) and for heating domestic water via a secondary heat exchanger (4). According to the invention, the secondary heat exchanger (4) is arranged in the circuit (5) in such a way that, during the heating operation, the secondary heat exchanger is connected in series with the heat sink (17), so that, downstream of the primary heat exchanger (3), the heat transfer medium first flows through the heat sink (17) and then through the secondary heat exchanger (4). In this way, the temperature of the heat transfer medium is reduced, improving the efficiency of the heat transfer in the primary heat exchanger (3). A further advantage is a reduction in the minimum heat output that can be provided to the heat sink (17). |
