PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency notification system using a portable communication terminal.SOLUTION: An emergency notification system comprises: an emergency notification reception processing unit which receives from a portable communication terminal an emergency notification including position information acquired by the portable communication terminal and user identification information; a user information storage unit which stores user information; a notifier identification processing unit which identifies a notifier of the emergency notification by using the user information storage unit on the basis of the received user identification information; a responsible staff notification processing unit which extracts user information of the identified notifier from the user information storage unit and displays the extracted user information on a terminal of a responsible staff; a position locating processing unit which locates the position information of the identified notifier on a map on the basis of the received position information and displays the map with the position information on the responsible staff terminal; and a calling processing unit which executes a telephone call from the responsible staff to the portable communication terminal of the identified notifier. |
