At this time, a feature extraction part 21 extracts a border line of the imaging target, and a feature correspondence part 22 specifies correspondence between the extracted border line and the imaging target, and specifies the first feature quantity and the second feature quantity. An attitude estimation part 23 estimates the position and the attitude from the correspondence between the reference value of the first feature quantity and the specified value, and a shape estimation part 24 estimates the second feature quantity by adding correction of the estimation result. |
