PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin comprising a fluorene derivative, and a melt polymerization method thereof.SOLUTION: In regard to a resin produced by melt polymerization of a diol component comprising a fluorene derivative and a dicarboxylic acid component, or of an aromatic carbonic diester, a production method of a resin exhibiting little coloration a melt polymerization time is provided by largely reducing the amount of bisphenols having an aromatic hydroxyl group in the diol component being the fluorene derivative which is a raw material. |
