PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for suspension capable of improving connection reliability with an actuator element while suppressing complication in manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A substrate for suspension 1 has a connection structure region 3 that can be connected to an actuator element 44 arranged on an opposite side of an insulator layer 10 with regard to a metal support layer 11, interposing a conductive adhesive. The connection structure region 3 has an insulator layer opening part 33 that penetrates the insulator layer 10. The insulator layer opening part 33 has a conductive connection part 30 made of nickel and connected to a wiring layer 12. The connection structure region 3 has a metal support layer opening part 32 that penetrates the metal support layer 11 and makes a surface of the conductive connection part 30 on the metal support layer 11 side exposed to the outside. |
