The invention relates to a hydraulic decelerator meant to decelerate the mobile element within the hydraulically driven kinematic positioning links. According to the invention, the decelerator comprises a body (1) wherein there is a plunger (2) displaced to the right by a left piston (3) using a bolt (4) having both ends sphere-shaped, and guided into a flange (5), after which a left cylinder (6) sustains an adjustable buffer (7) sealed by means of some gaskets (8) and locked by means of some nuts (9 and 10), the control of deceleration of the mobile element being achieved by controlling the displacement rate of the plunger (2) which ensures the progressive obturation of the supply flow rate of a rotary motor (MR) on a path (a- a), so that, the control of the displacement rate of the plunger (2) upon displacement to the left is achieved by actuation of a right piston (16) using a bolt (4), the back pressure flow rate in a left cylinder (6) being achieved by the adjustable hydraulic resistance created by a screw pin (12), the stroke of the plunger (2) being limited by an adjustable buffer (7), so as to achieve a minimal flow rate corresponding to the hauling speed (V) of the mobile element, the resulting deceleration pitch of the mobile element having a quasi-exponential shape due to the inclination of the supply hole under an angle ( α ), the change of the inclination of the deceleration pitch of the mobile element being achievable by means of the screw pin (12); a by-pass valve consisting of a ball (13) and a helical spring (14) is active upon displacement of the plunger (2) to the right at high rate, necessary for obtaining high acceleration of the mobile element, the functional integration of the hydraulic decelerator (DH) in the hydraulic diagram of the hydraulic motor (MH) being performed by means of a four-way distributor (D) with two positions. |
