Disclosed are a data transmission method, device and system, which are used to solve the current problem of high system signalling overhead existing in AP group configuration. The method of a network side comprises: a network device receiving information about a first AP, which is reported by a terminal and meets a set condition; and the network device configuring a first AP group for the terminal according to the information about the first AP, so that the terminal uses an AP in the first AP group to access a network. In the embodiments of the present invention, a network device dynamically configures a first AP group for a terminal according to information about a first AP reported by the terminal and meeting a set condition, so that APs included in the configured first AP group can be more reasonable. Since the first AP group is optimized, the number of APs included in the first AP group is reduced as well in comparison with the number of APs included in an AP group determined by the prior art, thereby reducing the overhead of signalling configuration. |
