The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte and a preparation method thereof, an electrode active material-solid electrolyte complex and a preparation method thereof, an all-solid-state battery comprising the solid electrolyte, and an all-solid-state battery comprising the electrode active material-solid electrolyte complex. Regarding this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a solid electrolyte which is prepared by adding an ion-conductive additive to a sulfide-based compound, and the embodiments of the pesent invention provide a preparation method of the same using a wet process, and an all-solid-state battery comprising the same. Aside from this, another embodiment of the present invention provides an electrode active material-solid electrolyte complex in which the surface of the particles of an electrode active material is coated with a solid electrolyte which comprises a sulfide-based compound and to which an ion-conductive additive is selectively added. Also, the embodiments of the present invention provide a preparation method of the complex using a wet process and an all-solid-state battery comprising the complex in an electrode layer.
