PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical instrument capable of simultaneously improving safety and operability of the surgical instrument.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument 1 includes: a needle part 2 having an inner tube 11 and an outer tube 12 in which the inner tube 11 is movably inserted; a grip part 3 supporting the outer tube 12 at a fixed state; movers 21 and 22 movably provided at the grip part 3 so as to move integrally with the inner tube 11; and an operation unit 4 that has an operation button 23 operated by a finger when the grip part 3 is held by one hand, and that can take the distal end side of the inner tube 11 in or out from the distal end of the outer tube 12 by operating the operation button 23 with the finger and moving the movers 21 and 22 in one direction or the other direction. |
